Grégory Amzel brings more than 15 years of successful experiences at the LVMH Group and Chanel, in retail functions spanning from managing the daily interactions with luxury customers in flagship stores to developing global retail strategies for their corporate entities.
These experiences for brands such as Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Céline and Chanel have allowed Grégory to develop a unique mix of luxury retail operations know-how, a core set of beliefs on how to deliver premium customer experiences and proven methods to achieve them.
Grégory also brings an in-depth exposure to global luxury shoppers and innovative retail experiences thanks to 6 years working in Mexico, Japan, and Hong Kong. This exposure has made him passionate for understanding human behaviors across cultures, the science of behavioral economics and their application to retail.
Gregory has a MBA from Le Collège des Ingénieurs and a MSc from Ecole des Ponts Paristech.
He founded LES RETAILISTES in 2018, to bring together the best of luxury retail know-how, behavioral economics, and the latest digital innovations to deliver best-in-class retail experiences for leaders and new entrants.
